Completed Work Is Non-Refundable
Completed design work — including logos, layouts, websites, and finalized assets — is non-refundable.
Reviewed Individually
Every refund request is reviewed individually and in good faith. We always aim for a fair resolution.
Not Yet Started?
If a project has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Revisions Are Encouraged
We encourage revision requests before final approval — that's when we can shape the work together.
